Dan Ziembo, a native of Chicago received his B.F.A. in painting and his M.
F.A. in printmaking, painting, and art history from the University of Illinois,
Champaign.
Dan has taught at Memphis State University, Memphis, Tennessee; Ox-Bow
Summer School, Saugatuck, Michigan; Memphis Academy of Art, Memphis
Tennessee; Castle Hill-Center for the Arts, Truro, Massachusetts; and
Christ Church College, Canterbury, England. Before retiring in 1999 he
spent many years teaching studio art and computer graphics at the College
of Lake County, Grayslake, Illinois
Dan has had numerous one-person exhibits and has been included in
many two-person and group exhibitions. His work is in numerous private
and corporate collections. The Roy Boyd Gallery, Chicago, Illinois,
represents Dan’s work in the Chicago metropolitan area
